Hair & people are something I’ve always been very passionate about so being able to help those individuals feel more confident in themselves is a dream! I specialize in extensions, color and cuts. Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee, which must be settled before rescheduling. I will also only be allowing cancellations to be made through me during this time and not through the app. Please text me if you need to cancel and we can work on rescheduling you. We understand things come up. If you need to cancel, and we understand it happens, please give us a 48-hours notice. This policy helps us make sure we have enough room for other bookings. Late Arrivals: Please be on time. We realize unexpected things happen throughout the day, but we also want to ensure full attention and commitments to our next client. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to re-schedule you to another time. Refunds: We want to make sure you are satisfied with your service. We are here to meet and hopefully exceed all expectations. If you are not satisfied with your service, we will be more than happy to have you back for a complimentary “re-do” so that you leave feeling happy and confident. All “re-do’s” must be scheduled within 10 days of the service and there will no refunds issued on services.
